Two ways to get your deposit back faster

Clean as you go and submit before lease end. Standard MN refund window is 21 days. With this walkthrough submitted, we process your refund in 7 days instead.

Move out early. Once you've fully vacated and returned the keys, the 21-day clock starts as of that date. Out a week early means refund a week earlier. Coordinate with Management to make it official.
